If you let us rent out your property, we will send an experienced rental agent to visit your house and performs a decent intake. We advice you on the current market, the rent and any changes that will give your house a better market position. • Collect the first month's rent and deposit via a secured escrow account
• Check-in of the new tenants with condition report

Management of the property

Rate

In case of successful mediation, our fee is a gross monthly rent plus VAT. Customers who also use our propery management opportunities, always receive a discount.
