Rental of the property
Upon termination of the rental agreement, you will receive timely a rental advice of your administrator. If the landlord does not have own candidates or a waiting list, the rental procedure is started to guarantee you an optimal occupancy rate.
Rate
The fee for the management of the property is calculated as a percentage of the rent with a minimum of € 25,- plus VAT.
